First Republic User/Pass not valid??
This discussion is public.
Hi there,
I just purchased Moneydance and I'm looking forward to using it! My primary bank is First Republic, and I've tried to set up an online banking connection through Moneydance, but entering the same user/pass I use to access my accounts on the First Republic website gives me an Invalid ID/Pin error.
I had initially loaded my quicken data, but then I tried with a new Moneydance profile and still get the same error. Please help!

Update: It turns out that if you have not used First Republic's online bill-pay feature in a while, it "turns off", which can also affect your login via Moneydance or Quicken etc.
Calling FRB online support and finding this information out as well as getting the PIN number for online access (it's not the same as the one you use to log into the website!) resolved my issue.
Hope this helps someone else.
