Back ground white screen

Is there a way to change the background color from white? It is very blinding to say the least. my OS is Windows 10

I'm switching from another software and am using the free version at the the moment

    Hi Howie,

    Unfortunately it's not possible to change the background color in Moneydance 2015. There's an existing ticket in our ticketing system with your suggestion, so I've attached it to this discussion and the developers will be looking into it.

    It seems many apps on my Mac are this way, many times you can hardly see the text on the white background. I have tried tinkering with brightness, contrast with little improvement. It would seem background color would be easy fix either by the operating system or app developers. Can't anyone see how hard to read and tiring to the eyes this is during development. I remember back in the day long ago with Quicken that was not blindingly white background. I don't get it really!
