Remove old accounts from lists

Hi there,

Each time I import files into Moneydance (2015.7 - 1358) it provides a list of accounts to which I can bring in the file. Most of these accounts have been inactive for a long time, so it's confusing to have them in the list, as it makes navigating to the correct account much more difficult.

Is there a way to remove old, inactive accounts from that and similar lists?

    Hopefully others will make the same suggestion, so it will be made
    possible in a later release.

    I agree with need for this and also be able to delete OLD-INACTIVE CATEGORIES, too.

    Possibly use an account (Liability-Equity Account) named "Equity-Prior Years" to keep a double-entry system in balance(?), for those deleted ACCOUNTS AND CATEGORIES. If any deleted Account transactions affect any other Account Balance they could be "FROZEN" to that Other Account so as to preserve the Other Accounts' correct balance.
