Fidelity Investments OFX downloads not working

My transaction downloading from Fidelity Investments suddenly stopped working. All I get is an error message.

    I switched back to MoneyDance 2021 (2006) and the problem went away. So there is something wrong with the 2021.1 (3096) update.
