iPad Sync not Working

Good morning

I have Moneydance Version 2021.1 (3069) which is synced with my iPhone. I was delighted to find that I could also sync with my iPad and everything worked well. Today I have tried to use Moneydance on the iPad and just get a greyed out empty screen with the following message "Sync Options Dropbox. Sync anywhere there's a network connection using encrypted files in Dropbox" (see attachment). There are no options available. Moneydance appears to be working fine on both Mac desktop and iPhone.

    Hi Susan,

    We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

    From your computer which sync method do you have selected when you navigate to Moneydance->Syncing?
    Where is your data files stored? Is it in the Default location?
    Generally, if you are syncing your data with a mobile device, or another system - you should NOT move your data file to a shared folder location, like Dropbox. The file should remain on your local system if your data is being synced or shared, as outlined in this article of the Knowledge Base.
