Saying my Moneydance program is "Unregistered"

Hello. I am getting a notice that my Moneydance program is unregistered, evern though I have paid for a registration, the last time in . Please help. Thank you

Licenses are version specific - they last forever, but for the version purchased and one major upgrade. You may have upgraded past the version your license is good for. You can either go back to the version where the license worked, or pay for a substantial discount upgrade to a new 2024 license (which would also be good for 2026).
If, otoh, "paid for a registration last time in" means - you paid for a brand new license, you may not have entered the license into moneydance? (it's not automatic)
