Can't find accounts

I have been using moneydance for a few years and really love it. However, my bank just went thru some kind of security upgrade and now moneydance cannot find any of my accounts at that bank. The bank is Desert Schools Federal Credit Union which is still listed as a compatible institution. I get the following error:
There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.
Bank Name: Desert Schools Federal Credit Union
The error code reported by the server was: 2003
The specified account could not be found.
I'm using MondeyDance 2012.5 on OS 10.10.5. My bank is telling me that I can't use MoneyDance - only Quicken. Yuk!

Try resetting your connection. Go to online > set up online banking then click the disable button. Then repeat online > set up online banking to reestablish the connection. This will clear out old connection information in your preferences folder.
