Include category and account comments in printed report

Unless there is some way to already do this, it would be great if there were a check box for a given report that says "Include Category and Account Comments".
The result would be that any comments that are entered for an account or category would be printed on the line with the account or category. Quicken does this.
So, instead of:
Account name
Date Transaction 1 Amount
Date Transaction 2 Amount
Date Transaction 3 Amount
You would have:
Account name - My comments (e.g. account number or detailed description)
Date Transaction 1 Amount
Date Transaction 2 Amount
Date Transaction 3 Amount
I use this feature to keep my account names short, but still be able to include explanatory text in the report.
I also use this feature for categories where I want to remind myself where on a given tax form this total amount should go. :^)

In addition to overall comments I would love to be able to comment on individual lines in the report, an explanation of an amount for an example. I vote for this and so would anyone else who could find it.
