where preferences of MD and extensions installed are stored on a
mac?
I have a new computer and I need to transfer those info....

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

They are stored in a hidden folder in your user account called ".moneydance"
Press command-shift-G to bring up the Go To Folder dialogue box. Enter "~/.moneydance" without the quotes.
However I do not recommend moving installed software from one computer to another. I tend to think it is always cleaner to reinstall the software on the new machine.
