Syncing new MacBook M2 Pro Max with Dropbox connection

Trying to add Moneydance and sync my new MacBook Pro via Dropbox connection. PC and Mac working fine syncing, by new Mac only synchronizes up to the end of 2021 then stops (oddly, and did the same thing twice). Suspect operator error.

Any advice on how I can get a successful initial sync with Dropbox connection to my new Mac?

    Are you sure you have clicked the (view) all button at the top of the register?
