Check Field Entries

You can amend the Check settings to change the items you see within the Check field of a transaction.

To do this, open your account register and click on the Check field of a transaction.


This will reveal a menu that displays your Check items.


Select 'Edit List...' from the bottom of the menu.

This will open the 'Check Number Settings' window.


In this window, you'll see the "static list" at the top.
You can add, remove, and edit specific items in this list.

Below that is the option for including recently used check numbers or items.

You can set "Recent Entries" as -
"Include from all accounts", "Include from same account", or "Don't include".

You can also set the max amount of Check items to include in the menu.
