Primary versus Secondary Transactions (i.e. Transfers)
I've brought this up before - that it is hard to distinguish what is "primary" versus "secondary" in a transfer transaction, and in fact it can be quite problematic (Sean acknowledged this as an issue two years ago).
Still, tonight I found that these can even be more problematic. Brackets [xxx] are used to show where the secondary has a "ghost" entry. But you can make it both ways, i.e. you edit a secondary, that may have a ghost entry, but then when you do so, the primary now has a "ghost" entry as well.
This isn't really cool.
