MD Not Importing all Visa Transactions

This is the third month that MD 2023.3 has failed to import several visa transactions. I have had to spend a LOT of time reviewing my statement and comparing it to the imported transactions. This month it missed 6 transactions. Bank is Navy Federal Credit Union and their download choices are QFX for Quicken and Gnucash as well as Quicken, Intuit. I don't know if there is a difference. However this has been repeatedly an issue and I would like to get it solved. It is far too easy to screw up when there are missing transactions.

MD 2023.3 imports what it is given. I suggest you open the QFX file and examine if the transactions are there at all. If they are there, then repeat the message above. If they are not there, you should be contacting NFCU.

Also, if they are there, they might be malformed, or something else. If not super private uploading what is there but not imported would help.

In addition to the above suggestions, a few things to check:

Make sure the All button is selected at the top of your register. Some of the other options can filter out recent transactions from the active view.

Do you see a bar towards the bottom of your register that says something like '## Unconfirmed Transactions'? If so, you have the split register view active. You can either click and drag this bar up to reveal your unconfirmed transactions, or exit this view by clicking on the 'box' icon just to the right of the New Transaction button.
