Unfortunately the connection with First Tech FCU has been working on and off. We have update the connection information on our end and introduced several fixes to allow it to work smoothly but it's likely that First Tech FCU are making some changes to their system once again.
As, other customers are reporting similar issues with First Tech FCU, we've filed a ticket in our ticketing system and the developers are currently looking into it. So, it would be useful if you could provide your recent console logs.
Here's how to get the logs:
1) In Moneydance, click on the Help menu and select the Console Window option. This will open the console messages window.
2) While the Console Window is open, attempt to connect to your bank. Any error messages should be recorded to the Console.
3) Select all of the text in the Console and use the "Copy to Clipboard" button at the bottom to copy the text.
4) Paste the text from the message window into a text file (preferably saved with a .txt extension) and attach that file to your response here.
The debugging logs that this produces will contain your account information. Just to be safe you should redact any account info in the debug logs. Just replace it with something like "ACCOUNT NUMBER HERE" and it should be fine.
I've previously provided two different logs (one from build 1915 and the most recent from build 1928).
Changing the FI information on your side is great, but it appears neither of two builds that I have tried are capable of correctly downloading that refreshed/updated connection information. That's the primary issue.
My 15+ years in software development, along with the stacktrace, makes it clear to me that MD is unable to download the latest connection info from *your* repositories.
The connections from MD -> FTCU are a secondary issue that can be explored later.
But we all need to be able to get the updated FI info first. That's my issue.
Hi Maddy, I get absolutely no console messages when trying to download transactions from First Tech FCU. I attempted to set up online banking with the FI again, and I’ve attached those logs here, as they are the only logs I can get for interactions with this FI.

Sorry to keep you waiting!.
I’d like to refer your query to the ‘connection’ specialist, who will be able to answer your query in greater detail and provide further insight.
For the time being, the best way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download files from your bank's web site.
We'd recommend you download using the OFX or QFX file format if available. If not, use the QIF file format. (These files are sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS Money files). You can import the files to Moneydance using File --> Import.
The steps for manually importing your data are outlined in this article from the knowledge base.
Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience.
