Getting Started with Moneydance+

Hello - I'm trying to switch from Quicken and just ran across MoneyDance and want to give it a try. I need to download transactions from my bank so I've enrolled in MoneyDance+. I've read a couple of internet posts trying to figure out how to add my accounts, and I keep getting an error saying "Moneydance was unable to authenticate the connection From" - but I'm not sure From What? and I'm not sure how to get past this error to connect my first account with Plaid. Can you help? THANK YOU ! Kevin

My Sincere apologies. I realized I hadn't completely read one of the emails I received from you that led me through the completion of the MoneyDance+ subscription. After reading the email and performing the steps you very clearly outlined - I'm IN !! THANK YOU and, again, my apologies! - Kevin
