Investments balance is in the red from importing from quicken 2007

Hi Mark,
You may need to enter an 'Initial Balance' to reconcile the 'Cash Balance' column.
To do so, open Moneydance to the investment account in question.
From the Moneydance menu bar, go to Account > Edit Account.
In the resulting window you can enter the 'Initial Balance'.
Keep in mind that the 'Cash Balance' column represents only the Cash in the account and NOT the value of the underlying investments.
To update price quotes, run the Quotes and Exchange Rates Updater Extension. Provided that your investments are listed at yahoo.finance.com, the Q&ER updater will update the quotes.
