Check Field Entries
You can amend the Check settings to change the items you see within the Check# field.
To do this, open your account register and click on the Check field of a transaction.
This will reveal a menu that displays your Check items (as shown below).
Select "Edit List..." at the bottom of the menu.
This will open the "Check Number Settings" window (as shown below).
In this window, you'll see the "static list" at the top.
You can add, remove, and edit specific items in this list.
Use the +
and -
buttons to add/remove items.
Double-click on an item to edit it.
Below this are the options for automatically including recently used check numbers.
You can choose to include check numbers from the same account or all accounts
(or choose "Dont Include" to hide all check numbers)
You can also specify the maximum amount of recent check numbers to be displayed.
