Subscribing to Moneydance+

You'll find information about Moneydance+ and how this service works in this article.

How To Subscribe

Open Moneydance and choose Online > Setup Moneydance+.

Select the "Setup" tab (as shown in the screenshot below).

Then enter your email address and select "Connect to Moneydance+".

You'll then see the following message -
"Waiting for email confirmation. Please check your inbox"

You will receive an email from moneydance-auth@infinitekind.com
If you don't see the email within 5 minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
 

The email contains a confirmation link, and also a code that you'll need to enter.
Click the link and you'll be taken to a page where you can input the code.

On the next page, select "Subscribe Now!"
Then follow the prompts to purchase the subscription.
 

• If you have purchased a license key for Moneydance 2022/23/24 (and you have registered the program) -
  You can subscribe to Moneydance+ for $4/monthly or $40/yearly.

• If you have not yet purchased a license key for Moneydance 2022/23/24 -
  You can purchase "subscription only" for $9.00/monthly or $90.00 yearly.
  This includes the Moneydance+ service, registration for the Moneydance program itself, and free upgrades of Moneydance as long as your subscription remains active.

Activate the Subscription

Once the subscription has been purchased, open Moneydance again.
Choose Online > Setup Moneydance+ and select the "Setup" tab.
You'll see a message that says "You're fully connected".

Just above this, you'll see "Connect Accounts".
Click this and a web browser window will open.

On the web page, select "Activate" to add the data file to your Moneydance+ subscription.

You can then follow the steps in this article to connect your accounts.

Recurring frequency and cancellation -

The Moneydance+ subscription is available as a monthly or yearly subscription.
The purchase options are detailed in this article.

The subscription is cancelable at any time.

To cancel, choose Online > Setup Moneydance+.
Select "Manage Account" at the bottom left of the window.
You'll be redirected to a web page where you can cancel your subscription.
